Her interests lie at the intersection of design, business, and communication. She enjoys using visual design to communicate complex ideas clearly, whether through branding, product interfaces, or visual storytelling.

Kaia previously interned in Product Success at Trumid, a fintech company, where she analyzed user behavior and collaborated with product, design, and sales teams to improve the platform’s user experience. She will also be interning in Investor Relations at Diameter Capital Partners this upcoming summer, gaining experience communicating complex financial and technical ideas to clients and investors.

Through both her professional experiences and athletic career, Kaia enjoys working in collaborative environments where creative thinking, analytical problem solving, and clear communication come together.
